How do I purchase an ad?

The purchase process:

1. Browse available ads and click on one you're interested in
2. Click "Send Purchase Request"
3. Propose your desired duration (7, 14, or 30 days) and price
4. Optionally include a message to the publisher
5. Submit your request and wait for the publisher's response

The publisher can accept, counter, or reject your proposal.

What happens after my purchase request is accepted?

Once the publisher accepts:

1. You'll receive a notification with payment instructions
2. Make payment using Litecoin to the provided address
3. Include the transaction hash when confirming payment
4. Wait for payment confirmation
5. The publisher will then submit the ad placement
6. An admin will verify the placement

How do I make payment?

Payments are made in Litecoin (LTC):

• After negotiation acceptance, you'll receive payment instructions
• Send the agreed amount to the provided Litecoin address
• Copy the transaction hash from your wallet
• Wait for confirmation (this may take some time depending on blockchain confirmation)
• After the transaction is confirmed, please contact support to confirm your transaction at /support

What are marketplace fees?

The marketplace charges a percentage fee on each transaction. The fee percentage is set by the admin and is displayed when you view payment details. The total amount you pay includes: Publisher Revenue + Marketplace Fee = Total Payment.

How do I track my purchases?

You can track all your purchases in "My Purchases":

• View all your purchase requests and their status
• See payment status and transaction details
• Check placement status and URLs
• View updates and notifications about your campaigns

What if the publisher rejects my proposal?

If your purchase request is rejected, you can:

• Browse other available ad spots
• Send a new purchase request with a different proposal
• Try negotiating with a different publisher

Rejected proposals are closed and cannot be reopened.

How long does the entire process take?

Timeline varies:

• Publisher response: Usually within a few days
• Payment confirmation: Depends on blockchain confirmation (typically minutes to hours)
• Ad placement: Publisher submits after payment confirmation
• Placement verification: Admin verifies usually within 0-12 hours

The ad runs for the duration you purchased (7, 14, or 30 days) starting from placement verification.

How do I get started as a publisher?

After signing up as a publisher, you need to:

1. Add your website(s) through the "Manage Sites" page
2. Wait for admin approval of your sites
3. Create ad listings for your approved sites
4. Activate your ads to make them available in the marketplace

How do I add a site?

Go to "Manage Sites" from your dashboard and click "Add New Site". Fill in your site's URL, title, description, category, and monthly visitor count. Once submitted, an admin will review and approve your site before you can create ads for it.

How do I create an ad?

After your site is approved, go to "Manage Sites" and click "Create Ad" for that site. You'll need to:

• Choose the ad format (banner, text link, etc.)
• Set pricing for 7, 14, and 30-day durations
• Upload a screenshot of the ad placement
• Specify dimensions if it's a banner ad
• Choose whether the link is dofollow or nofollow

After creating, you must activate the ad from "Manage Ads" to make it visible to advertisers.

What happens when an advertiser wants to buy my ad?

You'll receive a purchase request notification. The advertiser will propose a price and duration. You can:

• Accept the proposal as-is
• Counter with a different price or message
• Reject the proposal

Once you accept, the advertiser will be notified to make payment.

What happens after I accept a negotiation?

After accepting:

1. The status shows "Awaiting advertiser payment"
2. You wait for the advertiser to complete payment
3. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive a notification
4. Go to "Ad Placements" to submit where you've placed the ad
5. Provide the placement URL and any code/HTML used
6. An admin will verify the placement

How do I get paid?

The marketplace collects payment from advertisers and pays you your revenue (after marketplace fees). You can:

• View your payout history in "Payout History"
• Configure your payment settings (Litecoin address) in "Payment Settings"
• Track payout status (pending or paid)

Payouts are processed by the marketplace after the ad completes its duration (7, 14, or 30 days).

What are marketplace fees and how do they work?

Marketplace fees are a percentage of each transaction that the marketplace charges to cover operational costs and platform maintenance. Here's how they work:

• Fee Structure: The marketplace fee percentage is set by the admin and applies to all transactions
• Calculation: When an advertiser pays for your ad, the total payment is split as follows:
  • Marketplace Fee = Total Payment × Fee Percentage
  • Your Revenue = Total Payment - Marketplace Fee
• Transparency: The fee percentage and exact amounts are displayed in your payment details and payout history
• Example: If an advertiser pays $100 and the marketplace fee is 10%, you receive $90 (your revenue) and the marketplace keeps $10 (the fee)
• Payouts: You receive your revenue portion after the advertiser's payment is confirmed and the ad placement is verified

The marketplace fee helps maintain the platform, provide customer support, handle payment processing, and ensure secure transactions for all users.

Can I edit or delete my ads?

Yes, you can edit or delete ads from the "Manage Ads" page. However, if an ad has active negotiations or payments, you may need to wait for those to complete. You can also pause active ads to temporarily hide them from the marketplace.

Where can I see examples of the ad formats?

You can visit our Ad Formats demo page to see visual examples of banner sizes (300×250, 720×100, 300×100) and how popup / popunder formats behave. This is helpful for both advertisers and publishers to understand how ads will appear on real sites.

How do I contact support?

You must be signed in to contact support. Once signed in, go to the "Support" section from your dashboard. You can send messages and track support conversations there.

Is my data secure?

Yes, admarket-id uses enterprise-grade security:

• Hybrid encryption (AES-GCM + RSA-OAEP) for all API communications
• Replay protection using nonce tracking

What payment methods are accepted?

Can I change my account role?

Account roles (advertiser, publisher) are set during account creation and cannot be changed by users. If you need a different role, you'll need to create a new account with that role.
